Martino Fit 12 Week Transformation Program

The MF 12 Week Program is a strength training focused program designed for those looking for body recomposition, accountability, a solid & strategic strength training plan & daily routine and personalized macros and a coach.

Details:

Workouts:

Workouts will be loaded to your training app 6 days a week (Sundays off). Depending on the phase of the program, you can expect 3-4 region focused lifting routines and 2-3 cardio workouts.

Time commitment: Strength training workouts are approximately 45 minutes, cardio workouts are 20-30 minutes.

Equipment Needed: Assorted dumbbells, bench, resistance bands, stability ball.

Nutrition:

We follow a macro based approach to food. After our first consultation, you’ll have a custom macro split identifying your target protein, carbohydrate and fat intake.

Meal Plans: We do not have required meal plans, although sample meal plans are available for ideas and grocery shopping lists.

Off limit foods: No foods are off limits! If you are hitting your protein, carbohydrate and fat goals, all foods are fair game.

Recipes: You’ll have access to our recipe portal packed full of meal ideas and recipes that have been compiled to help you with your protein goals.

Supplements: Supplements are not required for this program, although you may find some help you achieve various goals. You’ll have access to the recommended list of products in our first week together.

Coaching:

Coaching includes:

  • Initial consultation call + goal setting

  • 24/7 access to MF app. App has calendar of workouts & integrates with MyFitnessPal. Additionally, syncs with your fitness tracker for a holistic overview of your activity and nutrition.

  • Custom nutrition and personal workout modifications *if you have several modifications due to injuries or limitations, you may not be most suitable for group coaching.

  • 1x1 messaging with your coach (that’s me!)
