I work with teens one on one to tackle health, food and fitness but also openly discuss self confidence, friendships, emotions, identity, and more. Adolescence is the most pivotal time in learning WHO WE ARE. My mission is to empower teens with knowing that they are in control, they are special & unique, and they have the power to live a life not measured against societal standards.
