More than ever are teenagers need a simple approach to wellness that will empower them to show up for themselves to take control of their physical and mental health.

I firmly believe that mind and body are one and that physical fitness has incredible power to transform confidence, improve resiliency in life, and help one cope with life’s unpredictable journey.

I work with teens one on one tackle health, food and fitness but also openly discuss self confidence, friendships, emotions, identity, and more.
