We are so excited to announce that our dates for our next program are confirmed!
This next transformation program consists of 6 Weeks of Focused Resistance Training followed by 6 weeks of hybrid and high intensity interval workouts. The strategy is to focus on building strength utilizing lifting and adequate macronutrients for building muscle. The second half of the program focuses on more cardio intensive exercise (the weather will be warming up again!) and adjustment of macros to maximize fat loss without compromising muscle.
